Returns & Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale items are final sale - no returns or exchanges are allowed.

All swimwear, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All orders with a discount code used at checkout are eligible to exchange for store credit only. Discount codes can not be applied after the customer has checked out and cannot be applied to past or previous orders.

If you are returning items from an order that was eligible for free shipping, the initial shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.

If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse refund. We will not ship back or refund damaged or non-refundable products.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. 

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@empathla.com. 

  

DOMESTIC RETURNS

You may return your item(s) within 10 days since the delivery date for a refund or store credit. You must obtain return authorization from us before proceeding. To start a return, please email info@empathla.com with your order number in the subject line. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label. Please ship out your return within 10 days of when your order was received.

All returns are subject to a $7 return shipping fee and a $10 restocking fee.

 

DOMESTIC EXCHANGES

Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the delivery date. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for exchanges. Please email info@empathla.com with your order number in the subject line with your exchange request.

Exchanges are only eligible for changing to a different size.

Instructions for Domestic Returns & Exchanges
Step 1. E-mail info@empathla.com and include your order number, item(s) that you will be returning or exchanging, and reason.
Step 2. A pre-paid return shipping label will be sent to you via email. Download and print it out.
Step 3. Securely pack item(s) using the return shipping label.
Step 4. Drop off package to the nearest USPS location.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return or exchange your item(s) within 10 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit. You must obtain return authorization from us before proceeding. To start a return or exchange, please email info@empathla.com with your order number in the subject line. We do not provide shipping labels for international returns and exchanges.

All international returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
