Shipping & Delivery

ORDER PROCESS
EMPATH ships from Los Angeles, CA. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days upon receiving payment authorization, unless there is a stated shipping delay due to holidays or other circumstance. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once the order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update after receiving the shipment confirmation email.

Orders within the USA: All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless another shipping option is chosen by the customer. Once the package has shipped, delivery typically takes place within 2-5 business days*.

International Orders: All international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International unless another shipping option is chosen by the customer. International orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks* to be delivered but this range may vary depending on each country's customs processes.

TAXES & DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from EMPATH, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to EMPATH.
