SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ORDER PROCESS
EMPATH ships from Los Angeles, CA. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days upon receiving payment authorization, unless there is a stated shipping delay due to holidays or other circumstance. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once the order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update after receiving the shipment confirmation email.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (USA):
- Orders will ship via USPS
- Once the package has shipped, delivery typically takes place within 1-4 business days* depending on location.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- Orders will ship via DHL Express
- Once the package has shipped, delivery typically takes place within 1-5 business days* depending on location.

TAXES & DUTIES
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable import duties and taxes are included in the price displayed on our website and are paid by EMPATH on your behalf. You will not be required to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery.
If an international shipment is refused or returned to EMPATH, any original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs charges, or other fees incurred as a result of the return may be deducted from the refund. If a new shipping label is required to resend the order, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once shipped, EMPATH is no longer responsible for your package, although we will try our best to help where we can. For delivery questions or information, please contact your delivery courier directly.
